Don is quick on getting answers for you either by email or phone. Never had to wait long at all. Don is quick to do a worksheet on a home your entertaining before you even talk to an agent. I would highly recommend him again.

My husband and I have used Donald Steifer and his previous staff on two separate occasions. The first experience must have been over 10 years ago and due to some unfavorable credit history caused by unexpected medical expenses made us a hard to place mortgage in the refinance market. We had received offers at not surprisingly above market rates. Prior to finalizing the loan to retire the same medical bills that were adversely affecting our credit we were referred to Mr. Steifer. He reviewed our applications and told us where our problems were and gave us some advice on how to clean up some of these problems , he did not promise to beat the prior approvals but worked tirelessly and in fact got us a much lower rate even before we were able to follow his advice on trying to clean up our credit report. A few years later the rates came down, our credit was much more respectable thanks to his advice and our efforts and he was able to get us an approval almost immediately to both lower our monthly payments, years to retire the loan and some money for home improvements. I would use him again in the future and both my husband and I have referred many friends and acquaintances to him over the years and none of them have reported back any negative comments. Dealing with Mr Steifer was always like dealing with the old time family Banker that was there to provide services not just sell you his product at all costs.
